We use MP Dry Cabinets to store SMDs (Surface Mount Device) which are moisture sensitive (moisture sensitive devices - MSDs) and other sensitive electronic components. Storage in a dry environment is key to maintaining the quality and functionality of these components. The MP Dry Cabinet is equipped with special humidity control and monitoring systems. Humidity is one of the main factors that can affect the quality of SMD components. Low humidity in a dry cabinet (kept below 5% or 10% relative humidity) helps protect components from corrosion, oxidation, and other moisture-related issues.
