With regard to the European legislation on personal data protection (GDPR), we, as the Controller, would like to ask you to confirm your consent to the processing of personal data by our company. Please read the full text explaining the methods of processing of your personal data.

1. Why are we presenting this document?
a) Having regard to the legislation adopted by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), it is necessary for you to be informed about the rights and obligations associated with the processing of your personal data in cases where your explicit consent to the processing of your personal data does not have to be given, and that you may give your consent again to the processing of your personal data in cases where your consent is required by law.

b) First of all, we ask you to check that the personal data provided is correct and complete and that it has been obtained and used in accordance with the law.

c) The Controller may process the following personal data about you: first name and surname, address, telephone number, bank details, communication and login information within IT, other network identifiers (IP addresses, cookies), information on the quantity and type of goods and services purchased (hereinafter referred to as "personal data").

d) The Controller is entitled to collect, use, record, organize, sort, structure, store, adapt or alter, modify, search, combine, use and dispose of your personal data in accordance with the law.

2. Checking that the processed personal data is up to date
a) First of all, we ask you to check that the personal data provided is correct and complete and that it has been obtained and used in accordance with the law.

3. What personal data will be processed?
a) The Controller may process the following personal data about you: first name and surname, address, telephone number, bank details, communication and login information within IT, other network identifiers (IP addresses, cookies), information on the quantity and type of goods and services purchased (hereinafter referred to as "personal data").

4. What is processing?
a) The Controller is entitled to collect, use, record, organize, sort, structure, store, adapt or alter, modify, search, combine, use and dispose of your personal data in accordance with the law.

5. For what reason and for what purpose will your personal data be processed?

Information on the processing of personal data
a) We would like to inform you that the reason for the processing of your personal data is in particular the requirement to conclude and perform a contract the subject of which is the delivery of the Controller's products or services. Your personal data are therefore processed for the purpose of our mutual communication and information, as well as for the management and administration of your user account (customer card) and the fulfilment of our contractual relationship.

b) Your personal data may also be used for the purposes of meeting legal requirements, in particular within the scope of the tax obligations of the Controller, archiving and possibly other obligations imposed on the Controller by law, and may affect your personal data.

c) The Controller is also entitled to process your personal data for the purpose of its legitimate interest, i.e. in particular for the purpose of security and administration of the Controller's IT system or for the possible enforcement of its legitimate claims against you. If other personal data of third parties are obtained from you, you confirm that they are correct and complete and that they have been obtained and used in accordance with the law. The Controller guarantees that the processing of all personal data will be in accordance with the purpose of their transfer and that it provides all guarantees of secure processing in accordance with legal regulations.

Consent to the processing of personal data
a) If you tick the box "I agree with the principles of personal data processing", you agree that the personal data listed in Article 3 may also be processed by the Controller for the purpose of presenting you with commercial communications in the form of offers of products and services, including sending advertising. You agree that the Controller may process your personal data for the purpose of evaluating the quality of products and evaluating the quantity of your purchases of products and services, including their profiling. The Controller can contact you with an offer of products and services by phone, SMS, e-mail, letter, catalogue.

To whom may the personal data be transferred?
a) The data Controller may, for the purpose of concluding and fulfilling a contract the subject of which is the delivery of the Controller's products or services, share and transfer your personal data to its subcontractors involved in the performance of the services. Personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union in this way.

Your rights
Your consent may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing of personal data prior to the withdrawal of consent.

1. Máte právo požadovat přístup k osobním údajům, což zejména znamená poskytnutí informace o zpracování Vašich osobních údajů. Máte právo na opravu osobních údajů, které jsou nepřesné či neaktuální. Máte právo na vymazání osobních údajů a právo být zapomenut, což zejména znamená zlikvidování zpracovávaných osobních údajů. Máte právo na omezení zpracování, což zejména znamená zúžení rozsahu zpracování osobních údajů. Máte právo přenositelnosti osobních údajů, což zejména znamená předání osobních údajů jinému správci. Máte právo vznést námitky proti zpracování osobních údajů za situace, kdy jsou Vaše osobní údaje zpracovávány na základě oprávněného zájmu správce nebo v případech, kdy chcete ukončit přímý marketing vůči Vám. Máte právo požadovat vysvětlení a podat stížnost u dozorového úřadu.

Duration of consent
1. If you give your consent to the processing of personal data and their transfer, you grant your consent for the period necessary to fulfil the rights and obligations arising from our contractual relationship, or for the period for which it is necessary to process your personal data in accordance with the legitimate interests of the Controller or as a result of fulfilling legal obligations; after the termination of the contractual relationship with the controller, your personal data will be erased or anonymised, unless the requirements under applicable law or the legitimate interests of the controller require the retention of some of your personal data (e.g. for tax purposes, enforcement of claims, etc.).
